Vossley

For roofing company owners

When the storm hits, every roofer’s phone rings at once. Answer all of yours.

After a hail or wind storm, homeowners often call more than one roofer the same afternoon, and the first one to get back to them has the edge. A leak coming through the ceiling at night can’t wait for a callback either. Vossley helps roofing companies catch those calls: an AI voice receptionist that answers every one, a website that makes it easy to request an inspection, and Google Ads for repair and replacement searches in your area.

Free audit: we check your site, Google listing, and after-hours calls, then send a short punch list. No call required.

The calls that matter most

The jobs you lose are the ones nobody answered.

Storm surges

A single storm can turn a quiet week into more calls than your office can pick up. Your office can only answer one line at a time; the rest go to voicemail.

Active leaks

Water coming through the ceiling at 9pm needs a fast answer and, if you offer it, an emergency tarp. Otherwise the homeowner keeps dialing.

Insurance jobs

Storm damage often means an insurance claim. Homeowners want to know if you’ll inspect, document the damage, and work with their claim. Get those details on the first call so your estimator shows up ready.

Wind and hail were the largest cause of U.S. homeowners insurance losses in 2023, at 42.5% of losses incurred. Triple-I estimates that about one in 35 insured homes has a wind or hail property-damage claim each year. Not every one of those is a roof job, but many storm-damage calls start with the roof.

How we help

Three pieces that work together for roofing company owners.

Use one, two, or all three. Each works on its own.

Website rebuilds

A website built to get the call

  • A short inspection or estimate request form that’s easy to finish on a phone, with tap-to-call up top
  • Pages for repair, replacement, storm damage, and leak repair, plus service-area pages for the towns you cover (Pro tier)
  • A clear page on how you handle storm-damage and insurance jobs, in your words
  • Call and form tracking, so you know which pages and ads bring inspections

From $2,000 one-time

AI receptionist (voice)

An AI receptionist that always picks up

  • Answers every call during a storm surge, even many at once, so nobody hits voicemail
  • Captures address, roof type, what’s damaged, whether water is coming in, and whether the homeowner has filed an insurance claim and with which company
  • Routes active leaks to your on-call crew on your rules; logs routine inspection requests
  • Books inspections on your calendar on the 24/7 tier, or texts your team a summary right away; English and Spanish on 24/7

$500 setup + $150/mo After-Hours or $300/mo 24/7

Google Ads management

Google Ads for people searching right now

  • Google Search campaigns for “roof repair,” “roof leak repair,” “storm damage roof,” and “roof replacement” searches in your service area
  • Local Services Ads setup and management on the Search + LSA tier
  • Budgets and ads adjusted when storms hit your area, and pulled back when they don’t
  • Call and form tracking so you see which campaigns bring inspections, not just clicks

From $950/mo + your ad spend, paid directly to Google

What an after-hours call can sound like

Illustrative script, not a recording. You approve the questions, the emergency rules, and where urgent calls go.

Caller
We had hail last night and now there’s a water stain spreading on the ceiling.
AI receptionist
I’m sorry to hear that. Is water dripping into the house right now, or is it a stain that’s stopped growing?
Caller
It’s dripping a little. We’re calling our insurance too.
AI receptionist
Understood. What’s the address, and which insurance company are you with? I’ll get this to our on-call crew now and book an inspection.

FAQ

Questions roofing owners ask.

Can the AI receptionist keep up with the calls after a storm?+

It can answer several calls at the same time, so storm-day callers don’t hit voicemail or a busy signal. Plans include about 300 minutes (After-Hours, $150/mo) or about 800 minutes (24/7, $300/mo). Extra minutes $0.35/min. A big storm week costs more, but every call is still answered and logged.

Does it give homeowners insurance advice?+

No, and neither do we. It collects the facts your team needs (whether a claim has been filed, the insurance company, adjuster appointment if any) and passes them on. What you say about insurance work is up to you and your local rules.

Can it tell a leak emergency from an estimate request?+

Yes, on the rules you set. For example: water coming in now goes to your on-call crew; a missing-shingle inspection or replacement quote gets booked or sent to you as a summary. We test those rules with real calls before go-live.

We work storms in other states. Can ads follow us?+

Campaign locations can be changed when you move crews, as long as you’re licensed and able to work there. We set and adjust targeting with you; we don’t run ads in areas you can’t serve.

Do you guarantee leads or booked roofs?+

No. Nobody can honestly promise that. We publish our prices, track every call and form fill, and report what’s working in plain English, so you can decide whether to keep going.

How much does it cost?+

Prices are published: website rebuilds from $2,000 one-time; the AI receptionist (voice) $500 setup + $150/mo After-Hours or $300/mo 24/7; Google Ads management from $950/mo + your ad spend, paid directly to Google. The Growth bundle is $3,500 setup then $1,500/mo. The audit is free and needs no call.

Do I need the full bundle?+

No. Start with a website rebuild, ads alone, or just the AI receptionist. The bundle is for owners who want all three working together.

Find out where your calls are leaking.

Send your website and we’ll do a free missed-call + website audit: what happens when someone calls after hours, how your site works on a phone, and how you show up on Google. You get a short punch list by email. A 15-minute walkthrough is optional, and the punch list is yours to keep even if you never hire us.
