Vossley

For plumbing company owners

Burst pipes don’t wait for business hours. Your phone shouldn’t either.

When a pipe bursts at 11pm or a water heater lets go on a Sunday, the homeowner is standing in water, phone in hand, calling down the list until somebody answers. Vossley helps plumbing shops be the one that answers: a website built to get the call, an AI voice receptionist that picks up every time, and Google Ads aimed at people searching for a plumber right now.

Free audit: we check your site, Google listing, and after-hours calls, then send a short punch list. No call required.

The calls that matter most

The jobs you lose are the ones nobody answered.

Burst and frozen pipes

Cold snaps bring a wave of urgent calls at the same time, often overnight. One person on the phone can only take one call.

Active leaks and backups

Leaking water heaters, sewer backups, and overflowing toilets need a fast answer and a clear next step, not a voicemail greeting.

After-hours and weekends

If you’re under a sink on a job or asleep before an early start, the caller doesn’t know that. They just hear it ring out and call the next plumber.

Water damage and freezing made up 22.6% of U.S. homeowners insurance losses incurred in 2023, second only to wind and hail. Triple-I also estimates that about one in 60 insured homes has a water-damage or freezing claim each year.

How we help

Three pieces that work together for plumbing company owners.

Use one, two, or all three. Each works on its own.

Website rebuilds

A website built to get the call

  • Tap-to-call at the top of every page on a phone, plus a short form that says when you’ll reply
  • Pages for the jobs people search: emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, water heaters, leak repair, sewer lines
  • Service-area pages for the towns you cover (Pro tier)
  • Call and form tracking, so you can see which pages and ads bring work

From $2,000 one-time

AI receptionist (voice)

An AI receptionist that always picks up

  • Answers your line live, day or night, even when several calls come in at once
  • Asks the questions that matter: is water running now, is the main shut off, where is it, what’s the address
  • Sends burst pipes and active leaks to your on-call plumber on your rules; can talk the caller through finding the main shutoff only if you approve that script
  • Books routine jobs (drain clog, faucet, water-heater quote) on your calendar on the 24/7 tier, or texts you a call summary right away

$500 setup + $150/mo After-Hours or $300/mo 24/7

Google Ads management

Google Ads for people searching right now

  • Google Search campaigns for emergency and high-intent searches like “emergency plumber,” “burst pipe repair,” and “water heater replacement” in your service area
  • Local Services Ads setup and management on the Search + LSA tier
  • Call tracking so you see which keywords bring booked jobs, not just clicks
  • Budget and ad adjustments for freeze warnings and cold snaps

From $950/mo + your ad spend, paid directly to Google

Example call

What an after-hours call can sound like

Illustrative script, not a recording. You approve the questions, the emergency rules, and where urgent calls go.

Caller
Hi, a pipe just burst under my kitchen sink and there’s water everywhere.
AI receptionist
I’m sorry, let’s get you help right away. Is the water still running right now, and do you know where your main shutoff is?
Caller
It’s still running. I think the shutoff’s in the basement.
AI receptionist
Okay. What’s the address? I’m connecting you to our on-call plumber now and sending them your details.

FAQ

Questions plumbing owners ask.

Can the AI receptionist tell a burst pipe from a dripping faucet?+

It asks what’s happening and follows the rules you set. For example: water actively running, sewage backing up, or no water at all goes straight to your on-call plumber; a slow drip or a quote request gets booked or sent to you as a summary. We set those rules with you and test them with real calls before it goes live.

Will it tell callers how to shut off their water?+

Only if you want it to. Some owners want callers told to find the main shutoff while help is on the way; others don’t want any instructions given. The script is yours to approve.

What happens during a cold snap when the phone won’t stop?+

The AI receptionist can answer several calls at once, so callers don’t hit a busy signal or voicemail. It captures each caller’s details and routes urgent ones to your team in the order you choose. Plans include about 300 minutes (After-Hours, $150/mo) or about 800 minutes (24/7, $300/mo). Extra minutes $0.35/min. A busy week costs more, but calls keep getting answered.

Do I need a new website to use the AI receptionist or ads?+

No. Each service works on its own. If your current site loads fast on a phone and has tap-to-call up top, we can run ads to it. The free audit tells you whether it’s worth rebuilding.

Do you guarantee more calls or booked jobs?+

No. Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do: publish our prices, track calls and form fills from day one, and report in plain English what’s working and what isn’t, so you can decide whether to keep going.

How much does it cost?+

Prices are published: website rebuilds from $2,000 one-time; the AI receptionist (voice) $500 setup + $150/mo After-Hours or $300/mo 24/7; Google Ads management from $950/mo + your ad spend, paid directly to Google. The Growth bundle is $3,500 setup then $1,500/mo. The audit is free and needs no call.

Do I need the full bundle?+

No. Start with a website rebuild, ads alone, or just the AI receptionist. The bundle is for owners who want all three working together.

Free, no call required

Find out where your calls are leaking.

Send your website and we’ll do a free missed-call + website audit: what happens when someone calls after hours, how your site works on a phone, and how you show up on Google. You get a short punch list by email. A 15-minute walkthrough is optional, and the punch list is yours to keep even if you never hire us.
